Haven't had time to watch the boards because been really busy closing down High Country. Finished it up yesterday. I will be getting in touch with a reproduction vet after a short break. Before Now Before Now Before Now

Oh my, the is something very sad about seeing this. Will there be High Country Airedales in the future? Where did all the dogs go??? One wonders. But Don you deserve a new chapter filled with new rewards.

Don, why are you shutting down man? Taylor Hey Taylor, good to hear from you. I was going to comment on your post about losing your dog as soon as I got a chance, but I will do it now....sorry Taylor. Leaves a hole every time doesn't it? I will pm my new #. Be good to talk to you again.

I hate to see this. I've always enjoyed seeing your dogs. And watching your breeding and how they mature.

Sidekick, I miss it....but I don't if that makes sense. I hate to think of the number of hours I spent in that yard cleaning, working dogs, videoing, taking pictures and all that goes along with it. BUT, I get to do things now I couldn't do for years and years. I just put in for an out of the area drawing on the East side of the Sierras. If we get drawn, we will spend about a week and a half over there. Different country over there and I may get to dust off the .300 wm for some more open country hunting. Haven't been able to do that kind of stuff for a lot of years....of course now I will see if sleeping on an air mattress by myself is as much fun as it was years ago. LOL At this point I might prefer hunting where I can drive home, take a shower and crawl into a bed. I suppose a lot will depend on whether or not I can stand up after the first night. LOL. If we don't get drawn, will be hunting the local mountains....but, having the choice is something new.

End of an era, hope you stay with Airedales even in a more modest venue. Good luck with your new home.
