I forgot to say that, although impressive, this "type of focus" on the handler is really of no value to me in a hunter or retriever. In fact I would consider it trained dysfunction. The "purely-obedience folks" love this kind of eye contact.

Have to agree with you there Ron.I find the training very impressive as I could never hope to achieve that kind of performance.On the other hand I really can't see why I would ever want to.
