Things seem to be progressing nicely. We can now do several quarter turns in fuss and she even moved two steps back with her between me and a fence. We'll be walking in no time (hopefully!). She gets really fired up when the large tug comes out. No proplems with barking hard to get the tug moving - tonight we did two short sessions with the TD working her and she barked and lunged hard for the large tug on a rope. She likes to play the game.
She has an issue with the head shake. I have been trying to prevent the shake by controlling the tug and rewarding her when she pulls. Tonight my voice seemed to correct it (ahhh phoey!) when the TD was working her and it seemed to help her pull more, with lots of prasie when she wasnt shaking. Any other techniques?
