I have seen a lot of pups of other breeds, ie. cocker spaniels, that urinate out of excitement when young. I have encounter a different kind of urination problem. To date, I would figure my adult males have urinated on 15 to 20 people, not counting myself about 4 times and Betty several times. Titan is going to get a boot buried in his behind one of these days. Almost all of my mature males have gotten someone. I have thought about the problem and all I can come up with is dominance but it doesn't fit when they do it to me. Titan seems to do it after I have reprimanded him. I have to make sure he doesn't get behind me unnoticed. Anyone else run into this?

Boot in the rear end!!!! I got it. I have to survive trying to do that though. They are on to that and a miss means landing flat on your back. Unfortunately, they are a lot quicker than I am.

Don't you huntin' fellers use... BITRE Training Method too? It's been around for several years... In the Schutzhund World...but... It is somewhat out of favor these day... With all the Political Correctness goin' on... I'll have to search my memory banks...but,... If my memory serves me correctly... Maugh, please correct me if I'm wrong...isn't... BITRE acronym for... Boot In The Rear End ;D

years ago, Jesse and his Mother were visiting. Everytime Jesse would go into Iron Mikes pen, Mike would lift his leg on him. I assumed it meant pack behavior, and it meant acceptance. Jesse did not appreciate it, but understood it.

Forge marks my leg as well. It usually happens around other dogs. In his case, I believe it means...this is my property, yadda, yadda, yadda. I just yell at him. No harm done.
