just wanted too introduce my self. i'm victor lee Wooldridge from Shelby iowa. I hunted redbone coon hounds for 20 yrs and was very successful with at. I injurded my right foot and had too stop chasing the hounds. I always had a dog around so I started too look around for some thing. I then why not an airdale. so I started looking around and heard at dan minten in north west iowa raised them, I knew dan from the coon hunts and knew at he always had good dogs. so I talk too him and I found out at the dog he was breeding too was a coon treeing machine and I though too my self perfect.so I got my female name her outlaw sue. I used too hunt outlaw redbones so I kept the kennel name. well I notice sat a early age she was very tree minded. she started out treeing birds when she was only 3 mths old. then she started too tree some farm cats. she was so tree minded I had too actualy go our there with a leash too get her. then when she was about 5 mths old we had a stray coon come into the yard and she stayed treed for half the night before I went out too see what she had. I was very surprised when I looked uped in the tree and seen about a 30 # coon in the tree. so I went too the house and got the 22 and shot it out.well about 3 days later I heard her barking in the cornfield out back of the house. it was about dark. so I listen some more and she took the track too creek and treed on a big cottonwood. so I grab my light and 22 and went too see what she had she had another coon. I thought right there I got me something special. I waited 3 months for coon season too come in she was 8 mths old then.i hunted her just about every night by herself and killed 87 coon with her. at made her a real coon dog. I can drop here anytime any place and she'll ytree me a coon. she is 5 yrs old now. so 2 years ago I want too make sure I had some thing out of her in case some thing would happen too her.so I got ahold of dan mitten again and he told me about connie brock so at,s where I went and ended uped with 3 pups. 2m and 1f. I kept the female and my mom feel in love with one of the males so she kept him. well breeding too connies dog was a very good cross I got more nose and the track speed was teremous. maybe too fast they catch a lot of coon on the ground. so here I'm with my mother dog and her daughter both in heat. so if anybody know where I should go now too breed too maintain the treeing ability let me know. or doo you think my female has treeing instinct breed into her?
