This was originally posted on a General Board within the discussion about Bulls and Bull Dogs, but it is somewhat lost in the discussion, so as requested, I am reposting here. Film Credits: GSD Argo as BULL Zander as BULLDOG

Just to reassure all those concerned for old Argo, he is hanging in there. The old dog likes the pup and checks on him affectionately when Zander falls asleep (probably making sure he is not broken). He even tries playing with the pup, but is too old to last. Zander naturally continues being the pest he is, but Argo is learning to shake him off from time to time and even bark/snap/growl when he gets really fed up. That surprises Zander enough to stop…. for about 15 seconds…. And then the puppy ADD takes over and all starts from the beginning. Here's another clip of Zander-The Pest:

Yes, that is probably the most amazing thing. There are no "play" sounds - both dogs are silent except when Argo decides, he doesn't want to play anymore, he may make a short bark/snap/growl sound or if Zander gets accidently stepped on he will offer a quick yelp. Other than that all I hear are the claws sounding off the hardwood floor.

Gotta love Argo. He's being a good Dad.
