Hello!
**This is my first post - so if it doesn't belong in the general box please let me know where to post this)
I have been following this board since about 2012 and am excited to announce our first litter out of my Mooreland/Quachita bloodline Airedales expected towards the end of December 2014 or the beginning of January 2015. If you have been looking to bring this line back this may be your opportunity.
After so much research and all of the good things I have heard over the years I dedicated my time to finding the perfect breeding pair to continue this legacy. Most of the Quachita line comes from Thousand Oaks' Jonah (Teddy Roosevelt line) and the Mooreland Line from Mooreland's Royal Duke (a 1999 breeding). Both the dam and sire share these two bloodlines. I have yet to use them in the field myself as I prefer to wait until past their 2nd year.
The innate hunting instinct is incredibly apparent however. They guard, flush, follow a scent, point, and retrieve (in water or on land) like crazy! I am very excited to start them hunting in the coming year. My female is rough coated with few furnishings and is a 58 lb bitch - she showcases the Quachita lines. My male, 68 lbs, has the look of a Mooreland dog and is heavily coated with full furnishing and the Mooreland hound ear. They love to work are always looking for a job to do. @ almost 1.5yrs they have learned almost 30 commands and are just incredible to work with.
I would love to hear about your experiences with these lines!
To learn more about the my dogs either visit www.DogwoodDales.com or just call 612-251-4689. I am located near Dallas/Ft. Worth in McKinney, TX and can ship if needed. All the best until next time Airedale Fans
